We collect the following categories of information when you register for or use the App in connection with any Event:

• Account and registration data: name, email address, phone number, job title, company/organization, and profile photo.
• Event participation data: the specific Event(s) you register for, your registration/approval status, ticket or badge type, and sessions you bookmark or attend.
• Networking data: messages you send through in-app chat, meeting requests you create or respond to (including proposed date, time, and venue), and connections you make with other attendees.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, log data, and general usage patterns within the App.
• Push notification tokens: used to deliver Event updates, schedule changes, and chat/meeting alerts to your device.

We do not knowingly collect more information than is reasonably necessary to operate the App and support your participation in an Event.

• Verify your identity and registration/approval status for a given Event.
• Provide core App functionality, including schedules, session bookmarking, and your personal meeting list.
• Enable in-app networking, messaging, and meeting requests between attendees.
• Send administrative communications, such as Event updates, schedule changes, or required App updates.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App, including detecting and preventing unauthorized access.
• Improve the App's features and performance based on aggregated, non-identifying usage trends.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With other attendees: your profile information (such as name, company, and job title) may be visible to other registered attendees of the same Event to facilitate networking, and is shared with a recipient when you initiate a chat or meeting request.
• With Event organizers: relevant registration and attendance data may be shared with the organizer of the specific Event you are attending, for purposes such as access control and post-Event reporting.
• With service providers: we work with third-party providers (such as our backend hosting and database provider) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• For legal reasons: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

The App includes one-to-one chat and meeting request features to help attendees connect at Events. Messages and meeting details you share through these features are visible to the specific attendee(s) you are communicating with. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information through in-app chat that you would not want visible to another attendee.

With your device permission, we send push notifications for things like schedule changes, new chat messages, and meeting request updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings; this will not affect your ability to use the App, though you may miss time-sensitive Event updates.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to support your participation in current and future Events, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described in "Your Rights and Choices" below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted data transmission. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access, correct, or update your profile information within the App.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of non-essential push notifications via your device settings.
• Contact us with any privacy questions or requests using the details below.

The App is intended for professional attendees of AIO Events and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Because our Events and attendees may be located in different countries, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect new Events, features, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the App where appropriate.
