Terms and Conditions

To use the App, you must be registering in connection with a genuine AIO Event and provide accurate, current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to certain features of the App is tied to your registration and approval status for a specific Event. Depending on the Event, this may require payment, organizer approval, or both. We reserve the right to restrict, delay, or revoke access if your registration is incomplete, unpaid, unverified, or found to be inaccurate.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Use the App to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or unauthorized solicitations to other attendees.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our underlying systems.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App without our prior written consent.

The App's chat and meeting request features are provided to facilitate professional networking among attendees at an Event. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other attendees, including any in-person meetings arranged through the App. AIO does not verify the identity or intentions of other attendees beyond standard Event registration and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the App.

The App, including its design, features, branding, and underlying software, is owned by AIO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose in connection with an Event. Any content you submit through the App (such as your profile information or messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate and provide the App's features.

The App may rely on third-party infrastructure and services (such as backend hosting, database, and notification providers) to function. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We may release updates to the App, including required updates that must be installed to continue using certain features, and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance during which the App may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Event information provided through the App is complete or free of inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to access the relevant Event through the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to AIO, or for operational or security reasons. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in the Account Deletion section below.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, in either of the following ways:

• In the App: Open Settings in the App and start the account deletion process. Your account will be scheduled for deletion, and if you do not cancel the request within 7 days, it will be deleted automatically.
• By email: Send a deletion request to aio@africaninsurance.net or lisette@afrricaninsurance.net, including the email address and full name associated with your account.

During the 7-day period that follows a deletion request made in the App, you may cancel the request and your account will remain active. Once the period has ended without cancellation, the deletion is final and your account cannot be restored.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIO is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new Events or features. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
